The Kitchen Promise
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Before we serve a single piece, these are the oaths our kitchen takes — on sourcing, on allergens, and on the standards we hold every night.
1. Halal, always
Every piece of chicken we serve comes from certified halal suppliers, and we keep the certificates on file for anyone who asks. No pork products and no alcohol enter our kitchen, our sauces, or our marinades — not as ingredients, not as cooking aids, not ever.
2. Allergens & cross-contact
- Our breading contains wheat (gluten); our sauces and slaw may contain egg, dairy, mustard and sesame; soy appears in several marinades.
- Everything crispy is fried in shared fryers — we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact for severe allergies.
- A complete allergen chart for every menu item will be published on this site and posted in the restaurant from day one.
- Every team member is trained to answer allergen questions honestly — if we are not sure, we say so.
If you live with a severe allergy, write to us at support@novavantage.io before you visit and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot promise.
3. Fresh, not convenient
Our chicken is brined for twelve hours in buttermilk and hand-breaded in-house every day. Frying oil is filtered daily and changed on a strict schedule — never “when it looks fine”. Whatever doesn't meet the standard at closing time doesn't see the next day.
4. A kitchen you could walk through
We operate to the food-safety regulations of every authority that licenses us, and then to our own stricter ones. Temperatures logged, surfaces audited, suppliers reviewed. If a health inspector can walk in unannounced, so can our own checklist — nightly.
5. Hold us to it
These commitments are published before opening night on purpose: so you can hold us to every one of them from the first order. Questions, doubts, or something we should do better: support@novavantage.io.
