By accessing or using the Night's Chicken website at https://nights-chicken.novavantage.io (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is

The Site is a pre-launch informational page for the upcoming Night's Chicken restaurant. Menu items, dates, imagery and other details shown are previews and may change before opening — nothing on the Site is a binding offer.

3. The notify list

Joining the notify list is free and optional. You must provide an email address you control. You can leave the list at any time by emailing support@novavantage.io. Our handling of your email address is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Night's Chicken name, the Royal Emblem, the NC monogram, and all logos, designs, text, graphics and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Night's Chicken and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
• Do not submit email addresses you do not control.
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services (such as social-media platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Night's Chicken operates its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
